We’re here to support your practice and help you stay consistent. Here’s what to know about our class package expiration timelines:

• Single Class: 30 days

• 5-Pack: 6 months

• 10-Pack: 1 year

Please note: All class packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Registration: All classes must be booked at least 15 minutes prior to the start time via our website or app.

• Late Entry: For the safety and focus of everyone in the room, late entry is not permitted under any circumstances. Doors will be locked at the start of class to avoid disruptions.

• Arrival: Please ensure you are on your mat at the start of class. The studio will open 15 minutes before class and close 15 minutes after it ends.

We appreciate your understanding in helping us create a safe and focused environment for all students!

• Cancellations: To avoid a penalty, reservations must be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the class start time. This will return the credit to your account.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before class and no-shows will result in a $10 charge to your card.

• All-Access Members: Unlimited members will also be charged a $10 fee for late cancellations or no-shows, applied to the card on file.

This policy helps ensure fairness and availability for all students.

• No Refunds or Extensions: We do not offer refunds or extensions on class credits, workshops, memberships, subscriptions, or merchandise.

• Non-Transferable: All class credits, memberships, and workshops are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchasing client.

• Billing: Memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis.

• Commitment: All studio memberships require a minimum 1-month commitment.

• Cancellation: To cancel your membership, email hello@fireflowstpete.com at least 7 days before your renewal date.

• Start and Renewal: Memberships begin and renew on the date of purchase.

• Bring Your Own: We encourage clients to bring their own equipment and accessories, as rentals and purchases are limited.

• Mat Rentals: $3 per class (free for Unlimited Monthly Members).

• Sweat Towels: Available for purchase at $3. Please note, we do not offer rental sweat towels.

• Water Bottles: Single-use bottles are available for purchase (pending inventory). Refill your bottles at our water station.

• Minimum Age: You must be 18 years or older to attend classes, no exceptions.

• Pet Policy: We LOVE pets but pets are not allowed in the studio for safety reasons.

We only accept credit & debit cards. We ask that all clients update their online account with a valid credit card.

Lockers are available. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio.
