These Terms of Service (“Terms”) establish the rules and conditions that govern your use of our services, whether through our website, mobile applications, or other platforms (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any relevant laws and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms may be updated, modified, or supplemented at any time. We will endeavor to notify you of material changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Health and Safety Disclaimer: Before starting any exercise program, including those provided by Fire Flow St. Pete, consult your physician, especially if you or your family have a history of heart disease, high blood pressure, or any other medical conditions. The information and content provided through the Service is not a substitute for medical advice or care. Use the Service at your own risk. In case of an emergency, please call 911 or appropriate emergency responders immediately.

Dispute Resolution: These Terms include a binding arbitration agreement and a waiver of jury trials and class actions, limiting the remedies available to you. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days by contacting hello@fireflowstpete.com.

1. Use of the Service The Service includes our website, https://www.fireflowstpete.com, related platforms, mobile applications, and associated intellectual property. It provides access to in-person studio classes, digital content, and the ability to purchase merchandise and memberships. Fire Flow St. Pete grants you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, publicly display, or otherwise misuse any content provided through the Service. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. The Service, including all content and software, is provided “as is” without any warranties. Fire Flow St. Pete disclaims all express or implied warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.

2. Registration, Accounts, and Security To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at hello@fireflowstpete.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. The Service is intended for individuals 18 years or older. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If you activate recurring payments, you authorize Fire Flow St. Pete to charge your payment method on a regular basis. You may cancel recurring payments through your account settings. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Payments are securely processed through Mariana Tek. By making a payment, you consent to your information being shared with Mariana Tek in accordance with its privacy policy.

5. Intellectual Property All content provided through the Service, including text, images, and software, is the property of Fire Flow St. Pete or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

6. Waiver of Liability You acknowledge and agree that participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including injury or illness. Fire Flow St. Pete is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from your participation. You assume full responsibility for your health and well-being.

7. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or other reasons deemed necessary.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
